Cancellation Policy

Root Reach Grow Booking & Cancellation Policy At Root Reach Grow, we honor the energetic exchange of time, presence, and care that each session holds. This policy helps create clarity and respect for both practitioner and client. Individual Sessions (Hypnotherapy, Coaching, and Integrative Sessions) Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee. Workshops, Classes, & Group Experiences Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled event will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as materials are reserved in advance. Packages & Prepaid Sessions All packages and prepaid sessions are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with proper notice and must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase. Emergencies & Compassionate Consideration Root Reach Grow understands that life happens. In the case of a true emergency or unexpected circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion and handled with care. Acknowledgment By booking a session or registering for a Root Reach Grow offering, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
